The resort overall is very beautiful with good service, however, DO NOT TAKE any outside excursions as they are a complete ripoff and fraud, with awful transportation services… the driver drove us an hour and a half away (driving by OUR RESORT AND SAYING WE ARE WRONG!?!) to another resort thinking that’s where we were staying… even after telling the driver multiple times our resorts name and location. Overall if you stay on the resort it’s great but the people that set up tours need to actually do their job. Ultimately the staff of Dreams are great… the staff responsible for excursions/tours are scammers.

Hotel is beautiful, staff is nice, drinks are good, but the food is horrible. I’d be so embarrassed to serve this quality of food to anyone. Y’all need to step up your kitchen game it’s sad.
