My review should be a five star. some aspects were amazing. The food was excellent, some.of the service was excellent,.our first room was run down and needed some maintenance. The bathroom extractor fan wasnt working and the room was dripping with water and smelled of damp We paid to upgrade to a new room which was excellent. The pools were heated and lovely, the hotel was clean and smart. We noticed money missing from our safe We told reception who printed of a list of entry's there was one entry that was not us but was on a guest key. This happened whilst we were at the restaurant which the hotel can verify However The hotel management claim they are not responsible as it was a guest key not a staff key and as there was no signs of forced entry they said the police won't come out. Safety for me is the most important part of a holiday. Having unknown people being able to enter your personal space left me very uneasy.
