I had an amazing experience at the DTX hotel thanks to the wonderful female staff at the reception, especially Ly. She tried so hard to help me find a bus to Hoi An that would take my bicycle with me. She was really very helpful about everything. She also arranged us a spa room when we wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked. She also offered us free shower after checkout. She is the best. People like her make this journey much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was also very good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Newly decorated. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location is very central and close to the beach. I would definitely come back here and recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the buffet breakfast was very satisfying. Room cleaning was done daily. Not only did the hotel meet expectations in every respect, the staff was also excellent. We were in a stressful situation as we couldn't decide whether to continue our journey by train or bus, and tickets were selling out quickly. We even had to extend our stay by a day because of this. Ln, the receptionist, with her positive vibe and patience, was incredibly helpful in arranging our bus tickets. She spent two days calling travel agencies, overcoming the language barrier on our behalf, and speeding up the process. We also thank her for arranging an extra stay for us even though the hotel was fully booked. She is the most excellent hotel staff member we have dealt with since Ho Chi Minh City.
