I wanted to write this in Turkish because, in addition to all the hotel's wonderful aspects, I want to emphasize that the food they serve is very similar to Turkish culinary culture and flavors, and I recommend that all Turks coming to Rota choose this hotel. You'll understand what I mean when you come and taste it. The location and hygiene level were my favorite features.

I have to say that I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm reading the reviews and I'm speechless because so many people describe it highly... "I've just had really bad luck." The first thing that happened was that my room didn't have a balcony, so we went to ask the receptionist if it would be possible to change to one with a balcony. And that's where my bad luck began. The receptionist told us that the people who sold us the trip had tricked us because there weren't any rooms in that hotel with a sea view from the balcony. This is false, because the hotel's website shows photos that prove otherwise. By the way, this whole conversation was conducted in an inappropriate and rather disrespectful tone. But then the receptionist said to me, "Ma'am, this hotel is expensive..." And I thought, what was that all about? All I politely asked was if it would be possible to move to another room with a balcony. I didn't reply because I think the standard was already clear, which is another thing I don't consider normal for a hotel. "Dear" is that for Valentine's Day there was no theme whatsoever, no decorations related to the day. And no special dishes. To top it all off, there was no entertainment, nothing to liven up the evening and make it feel appropriate for the occasion, but there was just a DJ who didn't interact with the audience, he just played the music and that was it... in short, our Valentine's Day getaway was anything but romantic.

Excellent rooms and location. The staff was very friendly. There was only one small incident with some friends who had two young children, one three months old and the other three years old. At reception, they said they couldn't accommodate the children with their parents because they considered them four people and intended to charge for two rooms! This was completely absurd and changed my opinion of the hotel entirely due to the ridiculousness and misinterpretation of the rules. Children (even those still bottle-fed) shouldn't be separated from their parents, logically speaking. And how can you leave a three-year-old in a separate room? In the end, we kept one of the children ourselves so they wouldn't charge for two rooms... Nonsense! And to top it off, this had been communicated before the booking! Unbelievable!
