There was a wedding taking place on the day I stayed, which would have disturbed other guests, but the hotel didn't inform me beforehand. This is unacceptable. If they had informed me beforehand, I wouldn't have booked this day.

Everything was very good until checkout. During checkout they added 1 chips packet to the bill (which we didnt consume) and asked to pay 100baht. After negotiating they waved it off but made the checkout experience bad. If u dont want to consume anything then tell them to empty the mini bar at the time of check-in itself. They have 1 lawn tennis court at 4th floor pool side & 1 TT table at gym side also. They have access to the beach from both 4th floor pool and 2nd floor pool. If it wasnt for the checkout trouble ‘twas definitely a 5 star.

The chef used inappropriate language. We asked about the food and requested to see the buffet line, but he responded rudely, saying things like, "You can't look," even though someone had already given us permission to see. Everything else was perfect except for this one incident. Thank you.
