We stayed there from December 27th to January 3rd, 2026. Where do I even begin… The tiles in the room were broken or loose, potentially causing injuries. The bathroom fixtures and bathtub looked like they were about to fall off. We had cold water twice during the week. There was no safe, and no bathrobes as advertised. Heavy rain caused water in the rooms. The ceiling in the spa collapsed. The roof terrace was completely run down and destroyed! Trash and dishes were flying around up there. The room service was adequate. The tablecloths in the restaurant weren't changed during the week. The cloth napkin on New Year's Eve was dirty. Breakfast: If you were the first one there, you got a portion of good-tasting bread, but unfortunately, there was only enough for a few guests. It wasn't replenished. The service was poor, which didn't surprise us, as it was clearly an exploitation of the staff. The reception staff were unhelpful, if at all! We received insider information from other people who had nothing to do with the hotel. New Year's morning, breakfast was chaotic because it hadn't been cleaned up. What had been advertised! No indoor pool as described. The food was not varied and unfortunately not very good! Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel abroad. The two of us paid a lot of money and are very disappointed! Very shabby buckets 🤮

We checked in at night without any problems. The prices are reasonable. The rooms are basic, but dated and in need of updating. The bed is comfortable, the TV is outdated, the shower is a bit awkward, but there's hot water. Housekeeping is mediocre. When the bottle of water in the room ran out, we asked for another one. They gave it to us and then told us we had to pay for the next bottle and get it from the bar (I've never seen this happen in hotels; water is usually free and replenished regularly). Don't plan any shopping; the stores are waaaay too far away, even the grocery store. The sea is close, which is a plus. We wanted to use the steam room and pool, but the steam room was cold (even though we'd arranged it in advance) and the pool was freezing. A massage costs 70€. The receptionists are nice and resolve issues quickly. We had to call a taxi from the hotel and mostly pay in cash; ATMs are also very far away. Breakfasts are good. We also ordered dishes from the restaurant's menu for dinner; the carbonara was just ordinary spaghetti with some kind of sauce, and the pizza was passable. It's okay to go out for dinner once. There's a park and swings nearby. If you're looking for the most budget-friendly option and close to the sea, this hotel is the one for you.
