If you want a good experience in Aruba, I recommend avoiding this hotel. Starting with the staff, they are completely inefficient, from check-in to the restaurant staff. I sat for 20 minutes waiting to be served to order my breakfast, and at 10:55 AM they told me it was already closed. I asked what time it had been closed, and they replied 11:00 AM. "But I've been waiting since 10:35 AM for them to take my order," I said. "Sorry, but it's already closed," was the response. The room cleaning is poor, and the mattresses are old. I gave it 1 star because the facilities are a 2 and the staff a 0.

We paid the same rate for my daughter, grandson, husband, and myself, but breakfast was a nightmare because they wanted to charge us extra since nothing was included. We don't understand this because we all paid the same rate. The housekeeping service was terrible; we asked for towels and other things and nothing was provided.

The only halfway decent thing about this hotel was the location. The beds are awful, old, and make terrible noises. You call reception to ask for something, and they never bring it up to the room. I went with my son and paid the same price for both my parents and my son, but my son didn't get a breakfast voucher, and the breakfast options were incredibly limited and difficult for him! Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel, and if you have the opportunity to spend your vacation money elsewhere, do so.
