THE WORST HOTEL EVER. WE HAVE CLEANED THE ENTIRETY WITH RUGGED RUGS. VERY DIRTY, LOTS OF DUST, COB WEBS, ANTS, INSECTS AND MOISTURE ON THE WALLS. THERE ARE ANTS EVERYWHERE SO YOU CANNOT STAND ON THE TERRACE AT ALL. THERE WAS A CONSTANT BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM DUE TO MASSIVE MOISTURE PROBLEMS. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. THE FLOOR IN THE BATHROOM WAS CONSTANTLY WET, DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE ALSO IN THE BEDROOM AND THERE WAS A BIG POOL. IN 10 DAYS THEY WERE ONLY SWEEPPED 2 TIMES. WE GOT STAINED, VERY DIRTY AND BAD SMELLING TOWELS. GOOD THING WE HAD OUR OWN. WE GOT BED LINEN WITH FAECES. THERE WAS A LACK OF TOILET PAPER. IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN EAT AT THE RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING, BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. IT WAS ALWAYS CLOSED. THE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. WE HAVE CONFRONTED THEM WITH THE PROBLEMS, BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT. WHEN WE TRIED TO GET COMPENSATION THEY LIED AND SAID THAT THEY HAVE OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM. THAT IS NOT TRUE. WE HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A NEW ROOM, BUT THE ANSWER WAS THAT THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE BE CAREFUL, THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE HOTEL BY EMAIL. ALL 3 EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE INVALID.

We stayed from September 27, 2025 to October 1, 2025. It wasn't what we expected. The price/quality ratio didn't meet our expectations. In general, 4-star hotels tend to be far superior to what this hotel offers, although it's true that the hotels we stayed at in Greece aren't of the same quality as those in other European countries, so perhaps they have different criteria for assigning stars...

The trip was booked through TUI Deutschland. We chose this hotel for its location and a room with access to a private pool. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room (the first option) was already occupied by other guests. The second option was a faulty room, and unfortunately, we had to move to the sister hotel, Lindos Nest. We had the opportunity to have breakfast, and I can say that there was a truly extensive selection. Unfortunately, the hotel has an overbooking policy. I do not recommend it.
