Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are specious and clean, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating m, This hotel is ideally located for exploring Geneva and offers a stay for a decent price. I will definitely come back if I have the chance to visit Geneva again.

This hotel is okay but the real reason why this place upsets me is that they try to buy their reviews. If you don't post a stellar review, they try to offer you a credit in exchange for a better review. Real reviews can not be bought. The location is very central and close to the train station. Unfortunately, on the weekend we were there, no restaurants were really open nearby until Tuesday. We arrived on a Saturday and left on Monday staying in their large family suite. A few things that could be improved: - Checkin online was at 2 pm and wasn’t available until much later (3 pm). It is published online at 2 pm. - I had a problem walking and it was clear with my leg brace. There was no offer to arrange a taxi or food or anything. There is no real front desk service. - Internet didn’t work for the majority of the evening on the first day and we were facing a major medical emergency - Room wasn’t cleaned the first day we got back and I had to call to get it done despite leaving the magnet on the door to clean the room. - We have three people in the room and after the room cleaning only two towels were in the room and we showered very late the second day after getting back from dinner. I had to call and ask for towels which were left on the floor and not in a bag - Almost 50% of the time I walked by reception, nobody was there. - The fridge in our room didn’t get very cold. I tried putting a cold pack in there and it was only modestly cooler than the room itself. I am not confident it would work if I tried to use it for food or cooling beverages
