E’bel Boutique Hotel, Tirana, Albania - Five Stars. Very comfortable, very clean, great location. The entire staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a nice perk. The bar was open 24 hours, which was incredibly convenient when dealing with jet lag. They say they only have snacks, but don’t be fooled, these “snacks” are full meals and will fill you up. The overnight host was amazing. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He spoke multiple languages well enough to have real conversations with the guests, and answered our endless questions with patience and kindness. A true ambassador for the hotel and country. We can highly recommend this hotel and staff to anyone traveling to or passing through.

We have rezerved room 407, but due to gate clock problem they transferde us to room 406, We Left our bags inclufing earphoses in the room 406. , its value 300 eur, and sent to daily trip. We come back at night but ee couldnt have found earphones. We applied officiers but their interest for the Case and very unsensitivr. They have only Said they have not seen any earphones. But it was in the room. We ourselver checked everywhere in the room but could not found earphones. Hotel managrment seems not feeling any responsibility or interest for such of shamefull Case. İf you stat here you should be carefull for your goodd.

When we arrived at our room in the evening, we realized that my SKOZY HEADPHONES (worth 300 Euros) were missing. Despite telling all the staff at reception and the cleaning staff for two days, they all ignored us, saying they hadn't seen or found them. They brushed us off, saying they had no knowledge of it. We searched every corner of the room, under the beds, repeatedly. It was as if the ground had swallowed it whole. If you ever stay at this hotel, BE CAREFUL... You can't find your lost valuables.
