My mom and stepdad stayed at this place for about a week. Out of nowhere, their room was flagged, and they were suddenly unable to book another night. There was no explanation given beforehand and no issue communicated to them during their stay. When we went to the office to ask why this happened, the staff couldn’t give a clear or specific reason. We were simply told that “someone from the previous night” flagged the room, with no details, no proof, and no accountability. This place handled the situation very poorly. For a hotel to force people out or block them from extending their stay without context or explanation is unprofessional and unreliable. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. We will definitely not be staying here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a dependable and respectful experience.

I was told they couldn't rent a room to me anymore and would not give me a reason why and I never gave them a reason not to rent to me. I never did anything wrong

Car broke down in the middle of the night ended up getting a room at this location. The night person that was working was very nice. She was very sweet but this morning at checkout time try to explain my situation to the people coming around cleaning the room that my ride is almost here to pick me up since my car broke down. They did not care. They wanted me out of the room, a room that included cockroaches a very squeaky bed and hairs all in the shower stuck to the floor like it had never been clean, so I did not use any of the facilities and when I came up to the front desk this morning, the young guy did not seem to care at all would not recommend this establishment to anyone
