Upon arrival I was disappointed to see that, despite all online sites stating there was free breakfast, someone had put a label over the sign in the lobby stating "No breakfast". The room initially was fine. Upon closer inspection I found urine/feces on the wall by the toilet. Hair still clinging to the shower wall. The required smoke alarm was gone (seeming to be a common theme after looking at other Google reviews. I reported that to the local Fire Dept.) As well as a general state of mediocre cleaning. It obvious that cleaning staff only strives to clean where guest will easily see, neglecting much. My room, 229, was at the top of the stairs so I was treated to every conversation at the front desk and lobby area (where the owners seem to like to hang out like it's their living room) echoing up to me. As well as every guest stomping up the stairs announcing their arrival. In short, this property falsely advertises amenities it does not provide. It compromises health and safety by negligent cleaning practices and lack of legally required smoke detectors. My advice, go elsewhere.

Awful hotel and awful booking company I went through Super.com. Was told Super.com needed an email sent in order to receive a refund, and the hotel is lazy and can't even do that. There was no hot water when we went, and they still wanted to try and charge a hidden $100 refundable fee. Um no, if you do not have hot water then I am not staying here with my children. They told me it was no big deal to get my refund back. I had to cancel my card because of the booking company. This place was terrible and the one hotel they sent us, had roaches and someone who broke into the hotel. Just terrible. This is definitely a live and learn to never ever come here or where they sent us again. You don't even deserve one star. Joke.

Staff was fine, first room tv couldn’t work. Second room air conditioner broken and fridge didn’t work. Same debris on hallway floors for 3 days
