Filthy, hairs and bugs in the bed, toilet paper roll holder broken, no towel rack by shower, shower curtain rod barely in the walls. Entry way carpet not vacuumed, there was also a strange order in the first room. I was moved to another room, it was slightly better, but the AC sounded like 10 freight trains running through the room. I will absolutely never stay here again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Very disappointed

We didn't see any bedbugs - but the vibe is such that we immediately stripped the bed to check as soon as we walked in. Not seeing bedbugs is probably the best thing we can say for this place. Lots or broken things, missing lightbulbs, visible mold, and a host of other issues. Room was not well cleaned after the last guest - food residue on the chair, found an earring on the floor, and....did I mention the mold? Anyway. Even though we didn't see bedbugs - after reading reviews, we're def treating everything that went into that room with us as if it did have bedbugs. Ugh. Would not stay again.

ZERO starts would still be to good for this place! It was the worst. Walked into the lobby to check in and it was as hot as an oven. I could tell the young lady working was just over it as she slowly baked. Checked in, then went to visit family that lived 9 miles away (thus one big reason we chose this place). We came back later that night and there were a lot of kids riding scooters and riding bikes,who traveles with multiple bikes? Adults were hanging out, smoking waving and shouting hellos to others across the way, there was clothing hung over the rail and then there was other adults walking around, knocking on doors and I we welcome in. This just screamed residential hotel. The kids would run or ride by the doors knocking as they went. I called the front desk, asked if it was a residential hotel and was told no no it wasn't. I mentioned the families and shared what was going on. The poor girl at the front desk said she would send security. Nothing changed for about an hour so I called the front desk again. She said she told security. I mentioned that nothing has changed, she said she would take care of it herself. We heard her when she came to talk to everyone. However, nothing changed. I called again, she offered for me to change rooms, but I was in my silk shirts I wear for sleeping, I had my CPAP unpacked and set up and just wanted to sleep. So she and security showed up and listening through an open window there were62 families with at least ten kids. Each parent was told to claim there children, go to their respective rooms. I fell asleep soon after but other family members told me that the commotion would rise and fall. It was like sleeping in the middle of a family reunion. The rooms are nasty, with a large fridge, cook space and built in dining area - this is definately a place, for whatever reason, where people live. For the love of God DO NOT BOOK HERE! I am going to contact Expedia and have this place removed from any listing on their website
