I think there are a few things I need to share about this place. I recently stayed 9 days for the third, and last, year in a row. Most importantly, I guess, is the management will look you straight in the eye and lie to your face. They advertise "FREE WIFI". Do you get it? Occasionally. If you don't mind walking around the parking lot with your available networks settings open until it shows up. You connect and 10-15 minutes later, you get dropped. Then repeat above. In the first 6 days of "free wifi" I used 4g of data. With my 2g plan, it wound up costing me an extra $60 for the month. (3×$20/gb of data). Is that "FREE WIFI?", lol, absolutely not. Do they know about it? Absolutely. Was the same issue present 3 years in a row? Yes, 3 years in a row, the FREE WIFI did not work, and has not improved one bit. But management will thank you for letting them know and use the information to improve the experience for future guests. Secondly, upon arrival this year I was charged a $100 deposit for "Excessive Housekeeping" issues. Hard to tell what it was for because there were 3 different signs from when I came down to pay (in advance) and when I checked out. It had to do with the increased costs of cleaning the room if you, A-brought a pet into the room, B-smoked in the room, and by the time I checked out, they added C-exceeding the number of registered guests. So at registration, the guy now wants $150. He points to a new sign with deposit rates, and, yep, new rate is $150. I ask him where is the sign that I was shown when I was told it was $100. It was no longer there. We argue mildly and when I tell him I don't have to stay there, he charges me $100. I really feel odd about this whole process, so I put it on my debit card so I have a record. Checking my receipt and my bank record, it was done as a purchase, NOT a deposit. So this thing sits funny with me. Three times during my stay I ask the guy, "When do I get my deposit back?" Three times I was told "You were not charged", and three times I was told, "You get your deposit back at checkout". Yet my receipt and bank record says different. Anyway, did I get my deposit back on Sunday at checkout? Nope. Monday? Nope. Tuesday?? No sirree. Wednesday, did I get my deposit back?? No, I did not. Finally, day 5, Thursday, I got my deposit back. I was lied to every step of the way regarding this money. You will be, too. Thirdly, Housekeeping. Read the website, it tells you on a little longer stay, expect housekeeping every third day. Haha, yeah, sure. In 9 days, I had housekeeping come once - day 7 - after I went down to the office to complain. I had to go buy toilet paper, I had bags of trash in the back of my pickup, and could really use some clean towels. What did I get?? Attitude! The guy told me if I needed something, I HAVE TO COME TELL HIM. No, you pay for housekeeping. Thats how it works. I could go on and on some more. Just be aware, the operators at this place are not honest people. They will lie right to you and charge you as much as they can. It's a shame people will continue to have bad experiences because the people running the motel just do not care.

Good price, clean. The only situation was the downstairs tenant knock on my door to complain for my daughter walking.
