We spent 15 days in the United States as a family, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!!! - The rooms are extremely dilapidated. - The floors aren't cleaned properly (black feet). - There are holes in the blackout curtains. - The bathtubs are old and marked. - The bedding is extremely old. - The air conditioning units are so noisy and outdated that they're unusable at night and unpleasant during the day. - The pool, I don't think, will ever be used again. - No breakfast is offered. - The common areas are not maintained, the vegetation is dead, and the parking lot is a pile of tar. The neighborhood is noisy, and the doors and windows let in all sounds. - The parking lot is a dump at the back. - The hotel is below residential buildings where there are barking dogs. Cats fight at night. Not to mention that I requested adjoining rooms three months in advance to be near my children, and I never received a response!!! Yet the hotel is empty!!! I booked through hotel.com, they called the hotel, and the manager refused to do anything. There was no goodwill gesture, and according to hotel.com, everything was normal for him!!! You'll see the photos and understand... The manager needs to get his act together on how he manages the hotel, or it will close permanently. It has so much potential. What a shame.

Rooms and bathtub are dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows have the thickness of a paper sheet. Receptionist guy was okay but rooms were not in good condition overall.

Zero star rating no TV no ice machines shower did not drain but the office was closed at 11:00 because the dude walked to the store so I had to wait outside to receive my security deposit for 15 minutes in 90° weather
