5 Stars — A True Home Away From Home There are hotels that offer a place to stay, and then there are hotels that offer genuine care — Eden Bleu is firmly in the latter category. My husband is a Qatar Airways pilot, and along with his crew we find ourselves stranded here due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, in circumstances none of us could have anticipated or planned for. What could have been an incredibly stressful and unsettling experience was made infinitely more bearable by the exceptional team at Eden Bleu. From the moment our situation became clear, the staff went above and beyond in every sense of the word. Nothing was too much to ask. Every request was met with warmth, urgency, and a level of genuine compassion that you simply cannot train — it has to come naturally. They didn’t just accommodate us, they looked after us. The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. But it is the people here that truly set Eden Bleu apart. Management, front desk, housekeeping, dining — every single member of staff has treated us not like guests, but like family. In one of the most difficult periods we have experienced, Eden Bleu became our sanctuary. We are deeply grateful for everything they have done and continue to do for us. A special shoutout to the manager Manuel who has gone above and beyond! If you are ever looking for a hotel that combines luxury with genuine human kindness, look no further. Eden Bleu sets the standard.

Had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Eden Bleu Hotel. The hotel is stunning, very well located, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.
