The bathroom is really small with the toilet under the shower pipe, so everything is wet after showering.

Below are our disappointments during our stay. First, we received a pleasant welcome. However, after going to our room (106), we discovered a bed with a stained mattress, on which lay a duvet, also with a few stains, and two pillows. ... No pillowcases, no duvet cover, no mattress protector? My husband went back down to reception. He returned with a single bed cover and two pillowcases. I then went back to reception myself. It seemed there had been a misunderstanding... I emphasized that the mattress was not very inviting and that it was the first time I'd ever stayed in a hotel and had to make my own bed! In short, the gentleman at reception took the necessary bed linen and escorted me to the room. He checked the state of the mattress, understood our concern about its questionable hygiene, and did his best to make the bed. I helped him to speed things up. Then came the time to consider a quick wash... Oh, but that wasn't possible; there were no towels, just a bath mat that looked like it had already been used. The sink didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. And to complete this apocalyptic picture, we discovered that the bin was full of the previous tenant's garbage! The radiator was broken... Back to reception, where I reported my observations: the room had not been cleaned or prepared at all before our arrival, and consequently, the mandatory hygiene standards for this type of establishment were completely ignored! We remained polite but very upset. Fortunately, breakfast that morning was decent. We should add that following our complaint to the hotel, we received a full refund. So, very polite and aware of the problems...
