A beautiful stay. The hotel has an incredible lake view that makes every moment special. The rooms are super comfortable, the breakfast is luxurious, and the staff is excellent, always so helpful. Definitely a place to return to ❤️

This is my second time here. The facilities are incredible, and the staff is so friendly, especially Maru. She's wonderful. I'll definitely be back soon. Don't miss the chance to meet Cookie, the guardian of the dining room—a beautiful little cat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially because of the wonderful service from all the staff! Flor, Moni, Maru! And everyone we met. They truly make a difference! Moni leaves the rooms spotless with meticulous care, while Flor and Maru make the check-in and check-out experience spectacular. It's a hotel where you feel like family. They are incredibly attentive to guests, always ready to help with anything you might need! The breakfast is delicious, and the common room is lovely, with a beautiful view! The hotel is a bit dated but very well maintained. The walls are a little thin, and you can hear quite a bit of what's happening in the hallway. In our case, since we had an adjoining room with other guests (locked, of course), we could hear quite a few conversations from the next room. However, I'm sure that if someone else had this problem, the staff would immediately change rooms. In our case, our stay was short, so we didn't ask for a change. The hotel entrance is easily navigable! The nighttime entrance from the highway seemed a bit dangerous; you just have to be careful because it's near a curve. But the location is great, right at the entrance to Puerto Manzano, on the way to downtown Villa La Angostura, and super convenient for continuing your trip and enjoying our beloved Patagonia.
