The rooms are uncomfortable; one of them had cockroaches. Daily cleaning isn't provided. The towels are very old and looked like they would fall apart with normal use. There's no air conditioning, and the sun shines on it almost all day, making it feel like an oven. The facilities in general look old and poorly maintained. The floors in some rooms are literally painted cement, and in those that do have floors, they're all uneven and worn. Water from the showers leaks into the bathroom. It was a really bad experience. Although they offered us another room, the overall experience wasn't good, and I wouldn't return to this hotel (we didn't know it was an Airbnb, and we always avoid this type of accommodation because of these kinds of issues). There are better options for a slightly higher budget that are definitely worth it, like the Vecinco20h, which has much better facilities for just 500 more per night. Although they try their best to provide good service, the concierge phone line is always busy, and they take a long time to answer. The hotel staff is friendly. The train passes nearby frequently and is very noisy at any time of day or night. The hotel courtyard is completely dark at night, which makes walking through it inside the hotel feel a bit uneasy. Short answer: I don't recommend it. You have to understand that sometimes the best service won't compensate for maintenance issues or some of the amenities. It's important to mention in the description that it's an Airbnb-style property, especially on sites like Expedia, because they don't, and people think they're going to a hotel.

Excellent concept, highly recommended at very affordable prices. There's a café in the lobby; their bread is excellent.

I always travel for business, and I never imagined that the quality of the rooms would decline over time, and now with what happened. I thought that because it's a place with a good image, the room would be in perfect condition, but that wasn't all. I reported to reception that the room I was assigned was next to a very noisy person of dubious profession, there was a lot of noise at night, and people were coming and going every so often during my stay. I noticed this throughout my stay. There's no need to go into details, but please pay attention to this, reception, since it's a family-oriented place. Maintain the image, as you mention so often in your regulations.
