Outstanding experience – truly unforgettable This was our first trip to Marbella, and we stayed at El Fuerte Marbella with our two daughters. It turned out to be a fantastic choice and an excellent family-friendly hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, quality, and attention to detail stood out. The staff were always smiling, warm, and genuinely kind, which immediately made us feel welcome. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel terrace and the direct access down to the beach level were excellent and added a lot to the experience. Breakfast was superb, with great variety and quality. The rooms, overall hotel cleanliness, and the views were outstanding ,truly nothing to criticize. What really made the difference was the concierge team. They didn’t just assist us; they worked like a professional back office supporting our daily plans. As we were leaving the hotel every day for day trips, the concierge team stayed in direct contact with us via WhatsApp, followed up consistently, suggested the best spots to visit, and helped us with restaurant bookings. The level of care and follow-up was genuinely impressive. The lounge, valet service, and overall quality throughout the hotel were flawless. Most importantly, it was truly great value for money. A special thank you to the concierge team ,Victoria Sorokina, David, and Laura. You made our first family trip to Marbella truly memorable and created unforgettable memories for us. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.
