A very bad experience. The service is terrible (0/10): unprofessional staff and a complete lack of organization. The food is mediocre (0/10), with little variety and poor quality. The only positive point is the location, which is pleasant. However, the hotel focuses solely on the pool and spa, which are already very expensive and absolutely do not justify the overall price of the stay.
