Friendly and helpful staff. There was a nice jacuzzi in the room, which we made good use of. Downsides were the broken toilet and bed.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent. We went for the New Year's Eve dinner and the food was delicious. Great value for money.

We were unlucky. My wife and I both got sick when we arrived at this hotel, so our ability to judge and handle things was not the best. The hotel was not a good place in this situation. We had the best room in the hotel with a jacuzzi, but there was no hot water in the room, and even the lukewarm water had algae. A cold shower when you have a fever is a terrible experience. The hotel staff did come to wonder, but were unable to do anything or communicate anything. We asked for an extra blanket, and they did go to get it, but no one ever came back. And the reception did not know how to arrange transportation for us. There is a lot of good in this hotel - and the good is evident from other reviews - but because of our poor health, the experience was bad for us, and unfortunately it is now also reflected in a lower review for the hotel.
