We went for umrah and stayed there for 2 nights. They upgraded our triple room to a suite. Overall very pleasant. Approach from Haram was super easy, and smooth. Oh and it’s NOT a part of clocktower, which is actually better as hotels in clocktower have a confusing approach to their lobbies through different set of elevators. Serving good breakfast. Have decent WiFi connection. Have a barber shop right at the entrance, which makes Umrah ending very very convenient.

Let me start with the positives. The reception team, concierge, security—every single one of them is genuinely helpful, polite, and ready to assist without hesitation. The location is spot-on. Haram, restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacies—everything you need is just a short walk away. The hotel itself feels a little old, but the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine. Nothing to complain about there. Now the real problem… the guest service. They sent me a “guide” on how to reach the hotel, but it clearly made no sense to the taxi driver. He tried twice and still couldn’t get us there. We could literally see the hotel from the bridge, but there was no way down. So he dropped us on the bridge. I called guest service again and again—no one bothered to pick up. Sent them WhatsApp messages—no reply at all. I even went to nearby hotels asking to use their lift just to get down, and they were unbelievably rude. After all this, I had to walk almost an hour to finally reach the hotel. If guest service had simply answered one call, this whole mess could’ve been avoided. So yes, the only major issue is their guest service—completely unresponsive. They’ll message you on WhatsApp at booking time saying they’re there to help, but when you actually need help… nothing. Bottom line: If you’re booking this hotel, make sure you get crystal-clear directions beforehand. Without that, it can turn into a very exhausting experience.

The rooms need cleaning. The wardrobe is dusty. The carpets haven't been vacuumed. The chairs and sofas are old, worn out, and dirty, requiring regular deep cleaning. The bathroom walls need cleaning, especially around the toilet, and the toilet paper needs replacing. The only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the Haram and its partial view of it. The room service and furnishings are excellent. Please supervise your cleaning staff when cleaning after each guest's departure. May God reward you.
