I had a truly wonderful stay and I am incredibly grateful to several members of the team who made my experience so special. I would also like to thank the entire staff in general — from the breakfast team to housekeeping and everyone I interacted with during my stay. Everyone was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. First, I would like to thank Jina, who made my arrival so smooth even before I got there. She kindly allowed me to check in a bit earlier than usual and welcomed me with such warmth and a beautiful smile. It really makes a difference when you arrive somewhere and are treated with such kindness. I would also like to mention Rizwan, who helped me with my luggage. I had many heavy bags, and he assisted me with such patience, kindness, and always with a smile. Yesterday, March 10th, was my birthday, and the team surprised me with the sweetest gesture. They brought me a little birthday cake, and Shukel decorated my room in the most incredible way. I was truly touched and even cried. Being alone during this time, such a thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and I will never forget it. Finally, during my departure I had the pleasure of meeting Syed, and it was such a lovely way to end my stay. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I am certain that the next time I pass through Dubai, I will stay here again. I will always be grateful for everything. Highly recommended — 100%.
