The hotel is new, but the service is terrible! From the reception staff to the housekeepers, and especially the breakfast staff! Rude and completely unprepared! To be honest, they ruined the Disney magic!!! Oh, and they still want a tip… can you believe it??

It's a nice newer hotel. For a more value priced hotel it had a nice pool. It had a splash zone for younger children with a lovely fire pit area. They also had draft beer and cocktails available. This is nice if you get back to hotel and relax while family enjoys hotel activities. There was a relatively large laundry facility. Nice if you are on an extended vacation.

This place is cute, clean, up to date and has free breakfast. The only thing is the toilet is super loud when you flush, but nothing biggie. Whenever I’m down here, I’ll be staying here. Front desk staff, nice.
