My sister and I stayed at this hotel in the quaint old town of Chania.Full of charm, great for strolls and close access to shopping the bus station and the Metropolis for restaurants or fast food. So it was amazing enjoying the old town by the beautiful harbor and the modern Metropolis watching families and friends, couples out for a lovely evening. The suite was lovely I would love to have the seaside view. I stayed in the Contessa room and really nice but the view is of other people's outdoor space. Staff are pleasant at reception office. I especially found Eva, the other gentleman very kind. They are all pleasant. The breakfast staff are nice. I especially thank Elisabeta for her great service and welcoming atmosphere she made me feel comfortable and welcome acknowledging me making me feel at home. Breakfast has a bit of everything. Thanks to everyone once again for making my stay a pleasant one. To access the rooms we had to walk up staircase luckily we didn't have to climb to upper floors. Difficult to carry up luggage and carry down but staff are available if assistance is required. And the weather was just spectacular. Met some lovely people in shops and artistic beautiful creations made by local artists. My favorite artist who sells beautifully artistic handmade jewelry has an outdoor stand in the Harbour. Each handmade piece is unique and you can tell they were made with love. They each have their own story.....they start a new journey through you and always a reminder of the memories of that moment. Of this beautiful island Crete, Greece.

The hotel is in an amazing location and well decorated. But the rooms were not well cleaned. Clean sheets/ towels/ shower etc but my room had mold and men's whiskers behind the sink and smelled funky. And the mattress needed to be replaced asap. My friends room had a better mattress but similar cleanliness issues. Breakfast was great and staff was nice.
