10 days vacation, couple, August 2024 (Room tour videos on my TikTok channel: the.r.mano) My girlfriend and I booked 10 days at the Elissa Lifestyle Resort (Adults Only). Staff:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big praise👌 The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Were clean, air conditioning great, good facilities. Every day there is a new bottle of water A small technical defect on the entrance door was immediately remedied. Attachment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall everything is kept very clean. The restaurants are highly recommended (except the pool/beach bars) Service:⭐⭐ ❌If you spend your vacation in an Adults Only Hotel, only adults should be present. Unfortunately we discovered that there were children in the hotel. ❌The loungers at the main pool are cleaned again and again, but unfortunately those at the side pools are only cleaned in the evening. So if you come to the pool a little later and find a place to lie down where someone has already been, you unfortunately have to clear away the dirt and remaining alcohol yourself. ❌Unfortunately, we found out at the pool bar that we waited almost an hour for a simple pizza and then it was burnt. The quality of the food at the beach bar was not acceptable. ❌Some “fresh” towels were unfortunately still dirty We listed these points to Guest Service and were compensated while we were still on vacation.✅ Overall, we can totally recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our vacation and will come again.

I just got back from a stay at the Elissa and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are so attentive, efficient, and friendly. Shout out to Andreas working so hard on the street food bar, Marcella doing a fantastic job in the Spa, and Lydia the amazing fitness instructor whose Yogilates and Pilates classes I absolutely loved! The hotel is stunning and has so many outdoor pools and different areas to chill, you never feel that you are in need of more space. The private beach is perfect and has lots of sun loungers. Everything is so well maintained, you constantly see staff around the site working hard to keep it looking so perfect. Amazing breakfast buffet - the largest array of options I’ve ever seen including vegetarian, gluten free. The staff are so attentive and hot drinks were very quickly prepared and delivered. Room service is excellent and I enjoyed the surprise of the dessert of the day which were each delicious and stunningly presented. The Spa is a MUST. Extremely clean and efficiently run, the staff deliver five star service. The hotel creates such a calm and relaxing environment which is perfectly complimented by the stunning architecture and the blazing blue skies and the sea. One of the very best holiday experiences I’ve had and worth every penny. A massive thank you to all the hard working staff at the hotel, you are doing an amazing job and made my experience a fantastic one!

Luxury hotel with very kind staff and facilities! The welcome was champagne or ouzo cocktail x and traditional sweets in the room. Excellent room with Hermes amenities, but also large ecological packages of Papoutsanis, amazing mattress and pillows.. nice beach in front of the hotel, and the swimming pools.. also very nice food in restaurants.. The breakfast is more than excellent! The only bad thing was that there was not a single Greek.
