The hotel is located along a busy road. The name of the hotel is written on the wall, making it difficult to find, with only a door-sized marker. The door is open at the top of a flight of stairs. To check in, you give your name, hand over your passport, and fill out a guest register-like entry. You're given a small bottle of water and a card, and that's it. Even in the room, you can hear horns, conversations, and phone calls, even in the middle of the night, since it's right in front of the front desk. There's an air conditioner, a fan, three lights, and lots of other switches. The room, bathroom, and bedding don't smell bad. There's a faint smell of spices. The toilet doesn't flush, but toilet paper is provided. The shower has hot water, but it runs out quickly. The bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. The outlet is high up, making it difficult to use a heavy charger. Japanese outlets work just fine. When I plugged in the converter, it didn't work. Breakfast, which starts at 7:30, is served in the hallway, in front of other guests' rooms, with the sound of horns honking in the background. The egg dish changes depending on the day of the week, and the omelet was delicious, with plenty of green onions. I chose tea and was asked if I wanted milk, and when they brought it to me they said "chai," so it was probably chai. This was the first Indian chai I've ever had. Lucky Chai. This was the most delicious. It doesn't contain spices. The toast tastes like rusks, and the jam is Red No. 3 jam solidified with gelatin. The staff are always smiling, and the kitchen staff are kind. The room rate is just under 8,000 yen. If I go any lower, the room facilities, grade, and safety will also go down, so I'll just use this as a guideline. 2026.2.8
