Excellent two-night stay at the end of July 2025. I recommend it 200%. But the best thing was the staff's attention, especially LAUTARO: pleasant, attentive, helpful, and understanding of the fatigue of people like me, tired from the long hike through the mountains. A 10/10 for LAUTARO who, although difficult to say, is the best thing about the hotel. ELENA was also very attentive and pleasant with us. A 10/10 for her as well. If I return to the hotel, it will be for the staff's attention.

We stayed four nights in a duplex apartment. We loved it; it was super comfortable, beautiful, and cozy. It was very relaxing, you couldn't hear a sound, and the bed was very comfortable. We were allowed to bring our dog. The setting is unparalleled. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments have top-notch facilities. A highly recommended place to stay, without a doubt. Thank you. We'll be back. 🤗 P.S. The only thing I would improve is a little more lighting in the living room, especially in the cooking area; the extractor hood lights didn't work. But everything else was great. 👍🏻
