Embajador Hotel

A very good hotel. Reasonable price. Simple and well-kept. I want to thank all the hotel staff for the excellent service.

The hotel is terrible. Extremely poorly maintained, old, and without upkeep. The air conditioning is very dirty, with a stuck temperature, and its remote control has no battery cover and is filthy. The curtains and walls are extremely old, worn, and dirty. The shower is a disaster, as we had to call reception several times to complain that there was no hot water and were told to open the hot water tap downstairs (I believe it's from the boiler). The bathroom doesn't have a shower stall, just a plastic curtain that constantly sticks to you. There's only one bedside table. The bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned in ages, and the towels are filthy. The breakfast is miserable (for the first time in my life, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel). There isn't a single working power outlet in the lobby to charge a cell phone. The elevators are tiny and very old. The mini-fridge doesn't even have a bottle of water. Upon entering the hotel, you can already smell the mold; inside the room, it was unbearable. The lock on the bedroom door was completely insecure; it looked like it had been forced open (any noise in the hallway was cause for fear and attention). There is only one positive point: the location. Excellent, close to everything.

Imagine a 1-star hotel... then nothing more needs to be said.
