We booked this room, because it was in close proximity to the Old Brea Chophouse, where we were having dinner, plus the fact that a Suite-sized room was only a few bucks more than their regular size rooms here. The positives: 1) The room size...It's nice having the extra space, in their Suite-sized rooms, to stretch out. 2)The View...From our 6th Story window, you could see the bright green foothills, in the distance. 3) There are 2 nice flat screen TV's in the room. 4) The Center Courtyard Area is most impressive visually, & a nice place to hang out, & eat your food, or just chat. 5) They offer a free breakfast to each guest, within breakfast hours, plus they offer each guest 2 free alcoholic beverages, from 3-5pm. 6) Nice location- Conveniently located near the Brea Mall, & all the shops & restaurants on Brea Blvd. The Bad: 1) Ugly, dated rooms. 2) $20 Charge for Parking, per night, in a concrete maze of a parking structure, filled with noxious fumes. 3) Bad Bed-I have a bad back, & this King Size bed was like sleeping on a brick. I had a restless night's sleep.
