This hotel was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. The photos online made the suites look clean and modern, but in reality the room looked run-down and had a strong, unbearable smell of feces that made it uncomfortable to stay in. What made the experience even worse was witnessing a Black family being wrongly accused of making loud noise, when it was clearly a group of white kids causing the disturbance. Despite this, staff called the police and forced the Black family to leave, which felt incredibly unfair and discriminatory. Between the false advertising, unsanitary conditions, and the way guests were treated, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very upsetting experience.

Currently here, the room size is great. But the rooms is very outdated. Bed skirts are ripped and there is a buzzing that seldomly stops coming from the air vent. We can’t wait leave for the noise to stop.

Horrible experience! Chewed up gum sitting ontop of ice bucket, hair in the shower and dust and grime all over bathroom floors. Cigarette burn on comforter. Dust on every surface of the room. Floors look like they hadn't been vacumed in weeks. Toe nail clippings under ottoman. Phones in room didnt work. Not wanting your 2 year old to touch the floor made being relaxed very difficult. Let front desk people know.. said they would get the hotel room cleaned..that never happened, said managment would contact us. We were never contacted by management. Stayed 4 nights. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. Managment is not helpful to staff. Second night of our stay there was an alarm going off from 9:30pm to 11:30pm. Asked front desk what the alarm was they had no idea..after hours of the alarm the front desk employee asked my husband if they should call the fire department mind you this is after they called their manager who told them to "put it in their report" 4td night of our stay there must have been a traveling hocky team...kids were running the hallways until 10:30 at night screeming in the "ball room" at this point we just gave up talking to the front desk. Seems our complants meant nothing to the staff as long as they recorded it in their repors that was all that would be done. I dont blame them I'd say who ever is in charge makes it impossible for staff to get things resolved. I recommend staying somewhere else.
