There was a family party happening all week long. They stayed up till midnight as well as their barking dogs making as much noise as possible. This makes it extremely hard to sleep. Called the desk. Party still noisy. Then billing overcharged us by 150. And it took almost 2 weeks and several phone calls to rectify the overcharge. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

The positive is the food. Just no help or resolution for any issues. ..everything else is sketch. The evening reception was animal crackers, chips, and fruit...we all know fruit in the winter is not going to be ok...the pineapples were good though...watermelon and honey dew were white and mushy. The rooms are outdated and just didnt look clean. Fridge doesnt fit in the cubny hole..cant open door...Holes in walls all over room like ..Gym is cool but the equipment either didnt work or was loud....TV remote didnt work. Temperature of rooms sucked...your either really hot or really cold. Beds are soft and uncomfortable. It was in the same condition it was 10+ yrs ago..but like worse..i thought it would be better... To charge a parking fee here is diabolical. Embassy Suites use to be a place to stay. This location needs help. Nobody responds in the hilton app for help or chat. Not worth $150/night
