I'll preface this by saying I'm a Hilton Honors member. It took 45 minutes for the transport van to pick me up, since the first time around the driver told me the van was for La Quinta. The bed sheet had an old stain on it. I never got my 6 am wake-up call. All in all, this was a hugely disappointing stay.

DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS HOTEL TO FLY OUT OF TOWN! Worst mistake ever and on top of that their costumer service is not the best. I booked a spot to park my vehicle at this location. Upon my arrival, I filled out their paper work. Then asked where to catch the shuttle. I was told it was $8. When I had booked my spot online it said free shuttle to the airport. I told the front desk (that happened to be the manager on duty 1/14/2026 at about 7:00pm). He proceeded to pull out a black book with clear sleeves with a sheet of paper that said in the “FINE PRINT” it says it’s $8. Pretty miss leading. Funny thing is on the sheet he also showed me the $8 was written in with pen over the $5. So then I challenge him and showed him what it says online, he was upset that someone was showing him the misleading information so he then proceeded to tear up my information and said we will be canceling your reservation….. I also asked him how he would be refunding my money. He said would have to reach out to the 3rd party to get my refund. He is a thought. How about you reach out and correct 2 misleading information on a website. Here are the screenshots of what is online so you can do so. And maybe tell the company to let customers know even before they decide to book with you.

DO NOT DO AIRPORT PARKING HERE!! We arrived a few minutes before 5am on 11/30 for the shuttle. Booked through a third party in advance. We arrived and didn’t receive a “good morning” just “you’ll be taking the 530 shuttle”. we questioned him because we saw the shuttle driver park and come inside and we were waiting. He said “nope, he’s just going to the bathroom but you guys actually need to leave. we have the right to refuse service to anyone.” Who is in that bad of a mood at 5am to kick us out and ask us to leave for no reason at all? This guy needs a customer service reality check. I’ve never experienced this in my life and I’ve parked all over the airport because I travel a lot. We ended up having to find other parking at the last second because this guy has a superiority complex. I promise we didn’t start this, he was in a bad mood from the second we walked through the door. We’ve parked here before and also almost missed our flight because the shuttle was late. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Management - please fire this guy. He’s horrendous.
