Heart Full ,Zero Regrets !Loved our Stay @Embassy Suite in the Heart of NYC! We had an amazing experience at Embassy Suites Manhattan Times Square! The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of everything, just steps from the excitement of Times Square, great restaurants, Bryant Park ,Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade and the best of NYC. The suite was a standout. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, great to mellow out after a busy day exploring the city. A killer view of the Empire State Building from our room was stunning and made it more special . The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the evening reception with drinks and snacks was such a nice touch—perfect for unwinding before heading back out into the city. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly invested in making our stay perfect. Shout out specially to Dinu ,Ashley ,Carlos and Adam for being so warmth and welcoming they made everything effortless. Overall, Embassy Suites Manhattan Times Square exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic location, great amenities, beautiful rooms, and exceptional service. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Experience : Rude and Unprofessional Staff Date of Stay: November 4, 2025 I had a truly disappointing experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Times Square, New York. The check-in time was 4 PM and check-out as 11 AM, yet even well after 4 PM my room was still not ready. When I asked the front desk about the delay, the lady at reception was extremely rude, impolite, and dismissive. Instead of trying to help, she told me she had been hearing complaints like this all day and that it was not her fault. She even told me to go speak to the housekeeping staff myself. What made it worse was her attitude — she spoke to me rudely and acted as if she was doing me a favor by finally giving me a room. That is not hospitality; it was a nightmare. The entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional, with staff showing no empathy, accountability, or care for guests who had already paid. I had booked and paid for three nights, yet was made to wait and treated with complete disrespect. I have stayed at many Hilton properties before and have always had good experiences, but this was by far the worst. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here with some family from out of the country. The lobby and waiting area is just alright. It looked a little sad with the fountain sculpture being turned off and the bar squished in the corner. Out room was TINY and pretty overpriced for what you got. I think I could have stayed at the W for what my cousin paid for a night. We needed someone to come up and get the pull out bed up for us because it was too difficult for us. But the room was decently clean and they do offer free drinks and refreshments as well as a full breakfast which was very nice. No shade to the employees! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, especially the bell boys and bartender. There is a roof top movie venue but it is not part of the hotel and costs extra. It seemed nice though.
