Where do I start ,my Granddaughter ask could she have a little birthday party at a hotel so they can swim a play games she's 8 going on 9 so we plan something for her we did our research calling hotel making sure the pool was open so we called spoke to someone at the EMBASSY SUITE NEWARK AIRPORT TOLD US YES THEY HAVE A POOL IN YES ITS OPEN SO WE BOOKED THE ROOM WE CHECKED IN AT THE FRONT DESK THERE WAS NO SIGN SAYING THE POOL OUT OF ORDER WE GO UP STAIRS FOUND OUT THERE WAS GOING TO BE MORE KIDS SO WE BOOKED ANOTHER ROOM FOR ONE DAY STILL NO SIGN J LEAVE FOR THRM TO HAVE A GOOD TIME MY WIFE IN GRANDDAUGHTER MOTHER STAYED LATER THAT DAY I GET A CALL SAYING THE POOL IS UNDER MAINTENANCE THEY GO COWN STAIRS TO USE THE POOL NO WATER IN THE POOL ASK YOUNG LADY AT FRONT DESK WHATS WRONG TOLD THEM THEY DIDN'T KNOW IN WAS GOING TO CHECK LATER THAT NIGHT A SIGN GOES UP IN THEY WAS TOLD TO WAIT INTIL THE MORNING WHEN THE SUPERVISOR COME IN THE MORNING CAME NO SUPERVISOR THE YOUNG LADY TOLD US THAT THERE IS NOGHIG SHE CAN DO BUT GIVE US 14,000 POINT FROM WHICH I USED 24000 POINT IN OVER 4 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR ONE ROOM IN ALMOST 300 HUNDRED FOR THE OTHER NOW HERE COMES THE BEST PART WE BEEN GOING BACK IN FOURTH ALL WE UNTIL THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO SAY THE SIGN WAS UP IN ITS ON THE WEBSITE THIS WAS A LIE IN I SEE WHERE THIS WAS GOING IN SHE WAS REAL RUDE 100 % SATISFACTION THATS ANITHER LIE THEY PROMISE TO FIX THIS IN LIED IN SAID THE SIGNS WAS UP DONT STAY THERE EMBASSY SUITE NEWARK AIRPORT DIDN'T CARE THAT THEY RUIN MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY IN ONLY TRY TO OFFER POINTS NOT STAY THERE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS here the confirmation 98381499 and the otherd 87662471 someone named FRANK C ASKED FOR MY CONFIRMATION NUMER 98381499 and 87662471 didn't know how yo responded to your request so I put it on here think you
