Located in the heart of Niagara Falls with a quick walk to the tram service to get down to the falls. Wonderful views with very attentive staff. Received a great upgrade for a very small charge.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Hilton and paid an extra $100 to upgrade to a “suite” on the 27th floor. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The room itself was surprisingly small, especially the washroom. The shower was extremely tight, and the magnetic shower head (whoever designed that needs to rethink it) actually fell on my head. The only positive was the view. Breakfast was honestly a disaster. Food was in one area, drinks like coffee and juice in another, and cereal/bread somewhere completely different. With the amount of people and the lack of organization, finding a table was almost impossible. I ended up sitting on a bar-area stool just to have breakfast. It was extremely mismanaged for an Embassy Suites. To top it off, they charged me $50 for just a one-hour late checkout. Before management replies with a standard message: Rose and Debbi already reached out to me by text, and I gave them a 6/10 and explained the exact same issues. If anything could have been done, it should have been done during my stay — not after. I won’t be booking this hotel again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. My favorite thing was the giant pool and hot tub. My room (King Bed Premium) was also super nice and spacious. It was worth it to pay for a higher floor and better view. The free breakfast was great. I was there on a weekday in the Fall, but the breakfast area was still pretty packed. So there is probanly a long line at other times. The hotel parking options were expensive so I parked off-site and walked to the hotel (I didn't have many bags). The room, pool/spa, location, and overall hotel were so nice that I want to come back just to stay here!
