We’ve stayed at this hotel before a few times and it was always OK. But this time we had a very dirty bathtub with hair in it and a very loud room. It was some kind of machinery going off in the wall 24 hours a day. Also they gave us a handicap room and we did not request one. So I’m not sure what happened but this time was not great. There was a hole in the floor where the rug went in and we both almost tripped on it several times. The light switch was very loose, posing a potentially dangerous situation. There was also the light switch on the lamp between the bed was very loose and was hard to stay on. Just not a great time. We always like the outdoor hot tub though, so we’ll probably try it again.

The location is perfect, however, having to pay for parking after paying for the room is ridiculous. Also, the fact that half of the elevators were out of service is unacceptable.
