Even though a spot was saved for the, the spaces were taken up 2 nights in a row. I was able to find parking around the back. Not the fault of the hotel, but rude people. Rooms, breakfast, staff, atmosphere is ALL 5-star-plus! Would recommend and stay again! :)

I chose this hotel because of its location. It’s near shopping and restaurants. The rooms are dated. The hot water lever in the bathroom had a fast leak (I’m thinking how did the housekeeping miss that as they clean) I placed a bath mat near the lever to catch the water. There was an insect crawling on the wall above the tv. I believe it was a cockroach. I had reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights ($3000 plus total for both, so I’m expecting very nice rooms!) my son and grandson were in the second room. They spotted 2 cockroaches and an ant in the basin. The last night of our stay, they woke up 4 am to a horrendous sewer odor. It was so bad it was difficult to breathe. He texted me before 5 am. They are too tired to move to another room-they had been up late. It would take time to pack and get assigned another room, plus we are checking out by 11 am that day. Reluctantly they moved to our room which was next door. My husband and I sat around the breakfast area downstairs and drank coffee for a couple of hours. Breakfast and evening gathering was so-so. I would not recommend. Stay away from room 445.

Perfect location when visiting Phoenix. Front desk was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
