Stayed 1/17-1/19. I was stuck in the elevator twice (rang the bell pressed the call button). When I told the front desk, they casually said, “Yeah, the one on the far left has issues,” and even agreed it was terrifying. A known malfunctioning elevator should not be in service. Other problems: • Room 230 had a malfunctioning strobe-like xenon light flashing into the room. You can see it from the front of the building but each night still flashing. • Conditioner bottle completely empty in the shower • No towels available at the pool. • Happy hour was chaotic with long lines and slow service on 1/17. One very slow bartender • The “snacks” were embarrassing: cheese cubes, crackers, and a literal bowl of mustard. I’m most distraught about the elevator situation and the lack of concern or apology. The stairs took us out the building so we had no choice but to continue taking the elevator but obviously did not take the one on the left. Everything else about the stay was abysmal.

Ashley is was the absolute best. We had the best stay but she really made it special for our family. We will definitely be back to the hotel. Also shout out to the omelet bar it’s the best.
