Rooms were extremely outdated. Ripped sofas. Ripped chairs. Cleaners didn’t clean properly. Stayed here for 6 nights and they don’t clean your room till late which means no clean towels till late. Asked for blankets and they kept giving us mattress pads.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately this hotel deserves one. Our room was an embarrassment - one of the most run-down, dirty rooms we've ever stayed in of any hotel chain. Practically every surface, with the exception of the bedding, was stained: the walls, the curtains, AND the furniture. Grout was falling out in the shower, the shower curtain was covered in pink scum, and there was a clump of hair in the bar sink drain. The only positives of this hotel: the breakfast and the staff. Our kids loved the pool, but that area also looked like it was in need of a good scrub. Honestly I'm not quite sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Unless you're in need of a hotel a pool and adjoining rooms like we were, I would seek accommodations elsewhere.
