I enjoyed my 3-night stay at the hotel. The location is good, and the restaurant service and food were amazing :). However, be careful with the room service, as everything ordered to the room is charged separately. On the other hand, I couldn't use the bikes because the app to rent them for 2 hours wasn't working.

Diamond member, stay at multiple Hilton properties per week. This location is not worth the price. Beware of hidden fees. Customer service is lacking. Rooms were not cleaned to satisfaction. Many other better options in Sarasota.
