The hotel experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, and the elevators didn’t work. The pool was noisy, and the staircase didn’t even lead inside the hotel.

hair in the shower from last guests, sticky residue on table, rusting fixtures, bugs in the curtains. pool was actually disgusting. you can’t take the stairs up to your room. it makes no sense. whoever said nice things about this place didn’t stay in room 205 on sunday
