I’ve never been so disappointed with an embassy suites stay as I was with this one. There was not enough blankets for my grandchildren to have a blanket on the pool out then. There was not enough towels to be given extra towels. There were no towels in the pool area and the pool was so slippery inside of the water that there were multiple people falling. The breakfast table was so sticky that we had to pull our plates off the table because the plates were literally stuck to the table. Very disappointed and will not be staying with embassy again.

Very poor service! I was so disappointed in the service my entire stay! There were no face towels and only 3 big towels and I booked for 6 people! No towels in the pool area as well. I had to go get my keycard reactivated every time we left out the room! No sheets were available for the sofa bed! And they had no sympathy nor care that they were lacking important supplies for a hotel stay!

This hotel is too old. It need to have better maintenance. The bed is too soft due to too old. The room need to be remodeled. For this price, I will stay in newer hotels next time.
