Thank you so much, Êmm Hotel! Although we only stayed for one day, everything was relaxing and wonderful for my whole family. It's only 1km from the Old Town, and there are plenty of bicycles available, making it very convenient. We will definitely come back again in the future. The room was beautiful, clean, and especially fragrant. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept well. It's a pity it was cold and rainy so we couldn't swim in the pool. Excellent!

We stayed two nights at this hotel, and I would never return. The reception staff were shameful, incredibly arrogant and rude. My wife dried her hair with the towels, and since she dyes her hair, she slightly stained them with a dye that washes out. They still tried to charge us for them. We asked the manager to resolve the issue, and it was finally resolved thanks to the guidebook. The hotel's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There's only one bar, and it closes at 10 pm. The location isn't as perfect as they claim; you have to take a taxi to get to the Old Town. They try to charge you for things they think you broke. I've never experienced this in any other country. I don't understand the Booking.com rating. The information is misleading, the reception staff is appalling—you arrive at night, and the receptionist is asleep on a sofa, snoring. A complete lack of ethics and professionalism.
