The staff was friendly and polite. They were attentive to our requests. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good, from hot meals to cold cuts, vegetables and milk & cereals. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but this expectations were not met. The bathroom had several issues (low water pressure at the shower, towel hanger barely holding onto the wall, some tiles were showing signs of dirtiness, the shower faucet had lime deposits).

The hotel is located two steps from Pleiada Mall. The location is ok, but when it comes to services and especially food, be careful if you want to stay here on the weekend. I stayed from a Wednesday to a Thursday. During the week it is ok but problems arise on the weekend due to the lack of staff. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant was closed. On Saturday morning I was lucky with breakfast because there was a larger group and the hotel brought a chef and waiter to serve breakfast. On Sunday I was not so lucky and I ate 2 sandwiches prepared on Saturday morning 😉. Overall the hotel is ok but from my point of view it is to be avoided on the weekend.

Rooms 10, cleanliness, food, service 10 Insensitive waiters, we asked to pay for alcohol separately from the food, we paid separately but they also added it to the bill with the food! 2 waitresses over 55, we left them a sufficient tip but we were still burned!
