Very pleasant hotel with excellent cuisine. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast right by the sea. One small flaw: in a town full of oranges, there's no freshly squeezed orange juice!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel’s amazing location - everything you need is just on the street! The view is absolutely gorgeous, overlooking the castle, mountains, and the sea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Visually, the hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are generally well-equipped – albeit somewhat sloppily done. Unfortunately, the facade isn't enough, as the service and hospitality are clearly lacking. The staff seem unfriendly and inattentive. A simple "Hello" as you pass by is the exception – you feel more like you're disturbing someone. It's striking that most of the positive reviews refer almost exclusively to the restaurant, not the hotel itself. Restaurant guests are clearly given preferential treatment, while hotel guests often lose out. The complex advertises itself as a "beach hotel," but the "beach" is hardly worth mentioning – extremely narrow and anything but inviting. Beach towels aren't provided to guests; instead, they can be purchased at exorbitant prices – truly questionable for a so-called beach hotel. Furthermore, you're asked to leave the beach at 5 p.m., which further diminishes the relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet generally offers a sufficient selection, but many items were regularly empty. When asked if they were refilling, the only response was an annoyed "I was just checking." In addition, the waiters are more preoccupied with their phones during breakfast than with the guests, resulting in inattentive service. Furthermore, cheese, yogurt, and similar items are served completely uncooled, which is anything but appetizing in warm weather. Overall, a visually attractive hotel with a lot of potential, but one that clearly fails due to a lack of friendliness, attentiveness, and organization.
