Endless Art Hotel

An extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed that the mattresses were in a very dirty state, with visible stains and hair. For the first two nights, we also experienced itching during the night, which greatly worried us given the condition of the bedding. We asked to change rooms, but the second room had exactly the same problems: stained mattresses, a strong musty smell, and the odor of cigarettes. The overall cleanliness of the room was clearly inadequate: dirty mattresses with stains and hair uncleaned toilets with visible hair and other marks towels and sheets that did not appear to have been changed insufficient bedding for two people (we had to ask several times for an extra blanket before receiving it) The soundproofing is practically nonexistent: conversations, noise from the hallway, and noise from other rooms are very clearly audible. Several advertised services were completely inaccurate: vomit was present in the hammam area; the pool water was cold; Netflix and other streaming services, despite being mentioned in the description, were unavailable; and the view looked directly onto a very dirty wall. Furthermore, the photos displayed online did not accurately reflect the hotel's condition or standard. The establishment appeared much more modern and clean in the pictures than it actually was. When we reported these issues to reception, the response was very surprising: we were simply told that the staff does not check all the hotel rooms. Given the hygiene conditions we observed and the significant discrepancy with what was advertised, this experience was very shocking and falls far short of the standards expected for a hotel listed on a booking platform.

We spent four wonderful nights here and couldn't be happier. The rooms are lovely, the service is flawless, and the spa is truly top-notch. A must-stay for anyone visiting!
