I'll give one star for the service from the young man at the restaurant; the Colombian was very attentive. It was a disappointment; the duvets were stained, the pillowcases and the bed linens themselves were all wrinkled as if they had already been used.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The heating didn't reach a comfortable temperature in the room. We asked for a portable heater and they only brought us an extra duvet. It was freezing cold in the room, the hallways, and the common areas. The building is in poor condition: peeling paint on the walls (photos attached), rusty furniture, broken terrace windows, broken shower fixtures, and burnt-out light bulbs. The shower faucet dripped constantly, and the noise kept us from sleeping. The shower water was ice cold. The towels were yellowed and old, and the sheets were frayed. The spa wasn't working because the jacuzzi was broken, and there was no staff available to book a massage. Furthermore, in a natural setting, I expected a charging point for my electric vehicle, but there wasn't one either. With so much firewood in the surrounding area, they could have at least lit a fireplace to keep us warm. I walked around the hotel with my coat on. I had to go to bed fully clothed to get warm. It's been a complete nightmare. I was longing to go home. It was December 28th, and it all felt like an April Fool's joke. I don't know what the hotel manager or the company that owns it is thinking.
