While staying at the hotel, we weren't given free entry to the casino. The music from the OVO nightclub was very loud in our room.

The hotel is quite complete with its various areas. Free access to the pool, spa, and jacuzzi truly elevates it. The standard rooms are fine, but full of minor issues. The televisions are ancient, the paint is worn, and the bathroom is incredibly dark. Most of these are purely visual. I find their restriction that they charge you for anything taken from breakfast to be appalling. I've never stayed at a hotel with such a policy. The staff (I only saw women) were excellent, a 7 out of 10! They helped us with everything and even gave us recommendations. Thank you for that. I would definitely return.

The pool and breakfast were what I liked most. The bed in the room was also very comfortable. The hotel's view is spectacular, and the design and facilities are beautiful. HOWEVER, considering the price we paid, the service and attention we received did not meet our expectations. Although we arrived on a Sunday, we were on vacation and wanted to go to the casino; however, we waited for more than 20 minutes at the entrance without anyone attending to us or telling us if we could enter. Finally, we got tired of waiting and left. Upon returning to the hotel, we were informed that, even as guests, we had to pay the casino entrance fee. Later, we tried to inquire about room service. We called reception more than five times, but never got an answer, so we ended up ordering Papa John's to our room. I also expected to use the hot tubs, but these were charged separately ($30,000 for half an hour), which I consider excessive for a five-star hotel. The room was comfortable, but you could clearly hear the conversations of guests in the adjoining rooms. To top it off, the television was outdated: there was no access to streaming services or the internet, something essential these days for watching movies or series. I would return, but only if there was a good deal or a lower price than what we paid.
